Forest Surgery have been looking after this family for many years now and have dealt with medical and social complications sensitively and professionally. The practice is very busy - but they have always been able to provide an appointment or referral when needed. The Asthma/Diabetic specialist nurse is brilliant - she really gets to know her patients and provides a caring and individualised service. Most recently she has ensured that members of the family have had proper check ups and are offered the correct care plans. This was following a tragic family death - after which she phoned to offer condolences and check in on everyone.
People love to moan about the NHS, but this surgery has, on this occasion and in general provided exceptional service because all the staff - receptionists, nurses and doctors - really care. Thank you
