(as a parent/guardian),

My daughter has just had a two night stay in hospital. We were referred by the GP. The whole process was smooth and we were seen quickly.

Once she was admitted, all staff were lovely, caring and supportive - not only to my daughter as the patient but to me as the mother. Lots of support was offered and it felt that every member of staff regardless of their role genuinely cared about the patients and their families.

I cannot thank all the staff enough for all their support in making sure my daughter was okay. I feel very lucky and grateful for the NHS.

Thank you for sharing your feedback about your daughter’s recent treatment in Treehouse ward. It was lovely to read how the staff supportive of you as well as your daughter as this is important. I hope she is on the road to recovery.
