Attended Cannock chase Hospital for a shoulder arthroscopy. From being admitted to the day ward, to theatre, recovery area and ward, everything was super cared for.
The attention was done to the individual, nothing was too much trouble. Explained in a manner that was easily understood without being patronising.
Staff were super friendly. Anaesthetic consultant Bruce and his theatre team were great! Made me feel at ease, making me laugh and relaxed.
No problem at all. Thank you to all staff who helped me. I hope I wasn’t too bad.
