After visiting the Dr for anti sickness medication due to feeling ill with anxiety she put me on to to Jayne a mental health specialist who accessed my situation.
After a good chat and her great understanding we arranged a new year chat.
I have now been forwarded to an appointment at St Anne's medical centre.
Great start to the new year.
I have BPD, bipolar, post traumatic disorder and I am a recovering addict. This is my healing time.
