"Thank you for making a scary experience more comforting"

About: New Stobhill Hospital / Breast Clinic

(as a service user),

I receive an appointment for Mr Ogston’s breast clinic after an urgent referral from my GP.

From the assistant on Desk i, The Dr himself, the radiologist, the assistant on imaging reception, They were all welcoming, friendly and explained everything I needed to know.

The clinic itself ran like clockwork, quick, efficient and staff all appeared happy and friendly.

Thank you for making a scary experience more comforting.
