"First class treatment."

Despite the current climate of a Winter crisis in our NHS, the treatment I received yesterday was fantastic. From the moment I walked in and spoke to the warm and friendly Gentleman at Reception, I was made to feel listened to, cared abut and highly valued. I was seen almost immediately. I was assessed thoroughly by a highly skilled, kind and compassionate Nurse. She introduced me to the Doctor, who, despite being on her way home (no doubt after a long, tiring day) took the time to provide that extra layer of expertise and an overview of the treatment that was to be provided. Because I was feeling so poorly, the staff wanted to monitor my symptoms after prescribing the appropriate Medication. I was given a welcoming cuppa. I will not go into too much detail about my illness. However, I cannot speak highly enough of this amazing Team. Even the follow up care planning, which was comprehensive and easy for me to understand. This team, from the Doctor to the very diligent Cleaner, are second to none. They cared, they listened, they assessed and provided outstanding care. I do not think that I exaggerate when I say, I truly believe they even provided me with possible life saving treatment. It does not seem enough to say, but thank you all so much. To the Managers, please pass on my comments. Your Team really need to know just how magnificent they are.
