I attended Ambulatory Care at Forth Valley Royal Hospital for a skin biopsy.
I was greeted by David the practitioner who would carry out the procedure. David and Laura his assistant helped put me at ease with their pleasant manner.
It was a short and painless procedure and before leaving I was given a good explanation for aftercare. I would like to thank them for their service and excellent care.
