I came to see the Specialist Nurse in Dermatology with my husband due to some scarring on my chest. Given that this was an urgent appointment I was quite nervous.
I was kindly met by a healthcare assistant at the waiting area. From the moment I sat down for my appointment, I felt heard. The nurse and hca both were so thorough in my care, I felt like, they were really empathetic towards my condition, 110% both these lovely ladies, have a huge passion for their job, I wish them all the success, and hope they get their amazing care recognised soon with this review. Thanks.
