"Looked after by such a professional team"

About: Royal Devon & Exeter Hospital (Wonford) / Pain Management

(as the patient),

I went for Lumber facet joint injections. On arrival to the pain unit reception I was met by a very helpful receptionist who booked me in, after a few minutes I was collected by a very nice smiley nurse who took me to the nursing area to carry out my pre op checks.

Everything was explained and carried out with care and on first name terms, made things more relaxing. I was taken into theatre, everyone was so courteous, once again the procedure was explained and any questions answered, once the procedure was carried out I was back to the nursing area to be cared for by two happy smiley nurses, I had coffee, biscuits a rest and nice chat with the nurses.

I can honestly say it was a pleasure to be looked after by such a professional team. Thank you all very much.
