Recently I attended Whiteabbey endoscopy unit for a flexible sigmoidoscopy. Every member of staff was very helpful, pleasant and reassuring. They couldn’t have been anymore attentive.  I was very anxious and they helped reassure me.

Excellent service. Thank you everyone.

Thank you for taking the time to leave such positive feedback on your experience of WAH Endoscopy.

All staff members try very hard to put patients at ease when coming for procedures and I am glad to hear that you were put at ease prior to your Flexible sigmoidoscopy.

I will be sure to pass your comments to staff at our daily briefing.
