About: University Hospital Monklands / Day Surgery

(as the patient),

Had day surgery carried out. Can’t speak highly enough of doctors and nurses from when I arrived. Spoke to me through the whole procedure, leaving no stone unturned. Repeatedly checking on me and assuring me of every different step of the way, answering all questions I had. Donna and her team in recovery ward were 10/10. A credit to the NHS to have such a wonderful team.

It can be a worrying time attending hospital for a procedure and I am so pleased to hear that you had a warm welcome and everything was clearly explained to you as well as receiving great care after. It makes such a difference when everything is brilliant from arriving.
