"Care in hospital"

About: University Hospital Monklands / Day Surgery

(as the patient),

Admitted for gallbladder removal day surgery. As soon as admitted nurses very attentive and making me feel at ease. Informed of operation procedures and anaesthetist procedure. Took into ward on time and no delay or waiting about.

Amazing aftercare after operation in the ward.

Nurses are not given enough credit for the long hard working hours they have to work each day.

Stephanie. Julie and Amanda have exceptional people skills and a credit to the nhs.
