"No compassion no communication"

About: Chorley & South Ribble Hospital / Colorectal surgery

(as the patient),

The colorectal surgery secretaries I spoke to showed me no compassion no communication. When I ring them they are rude and unhelpful. They also over rode my surgeon by sedating me instead of putting me to sleep.
