(as a service user),

I have been treated by Julie at Beech Hall and the RVH as an outpatient for ongoing shoulder pain. Every time I leave her, I am virtually pain free. Her fun yet professional personality makes me feel so welcome in her space and the fact that she relieves my shoulder pain makes appointments with her a delight.

I am delighted that her physiotherapy management of your ongoing shoulder pain has been effective and that you enjoy your treatment sessions with her.
