"Unscientific, non-medical jargon in…"

I recently completed a questionnaire about my most recent visit to the surgery. I have no complaints about my visit. My complaint is that the NHS which is a medical institution, and therefore an institution reliant on medical science, chooses to ask me non-scientific questions about gender. Non-binary as a human category is nonsense. Gender is a social construct. Information about a person’s sex, of which there are only two options, is essential in a medical context. Sex is immutable. Please amend your questionnaires to reflect science.
