"Poor Quality GP Service"

'Ask my GP' is a pretty useless tool. In my experience, if you get a response at all, it is generic, rarely followed up and information not passed on to the patient. 

On two occasions I found out by accident about decisions that had been made concerning my healthcare. 

In my opinion this is very poor and staff at the practice need to be designated specific roles so that patient's concerns are followed through efficiently.  On the very rare occasion you are told you can have a GP appointment you are seen by somebody who is not a doctor. 

The waiting room is often almost empty (although I do realise that things are going on behind the scenes). Both my husband and myself feel we are constantly being let down by this practice and it leaves us in a state of uncertainty and fear. 

In my opinion, this is the worst medical practice we have ever been registered with and we do hope that it will improve in the very near future. It does seem to have a bad reputation for shoddiness in the area.
