(as the patient),

Dr. Willock and the nurses, Fran and Julie, were very reassuring and pleasant. I was made to feel at ease and felt relaxed in the treatment room. They were professional in their duties while still being aware and sympathetic of my feelings while undergoing the procedure. 

I have previously received treatment from Dr. Willock and found her to be most helpful, kind and caring while carrying out her duties professionally.
