"Poor communication and no care for patients"

About: Prescot Medical Centre Whiston Health Centre

(as a service user),

I saw an out of hours GP on a Saturday about very concerning symptoms. They agreed it needed to be looked into immediately and ordered for me to collect blood forms from my own GP on the Monday morning. I went to my own GP to collect the blood test forms only to be told there weren't any, nor was there any mention of the need for blood tests from the doctor i saw on the Saturday. Everything the doctor told me at the Saturday appointment was completely absent from what they relayed to my own doctor’s surgery.  A complete waste of everyone's time and my health is deteriorating because of the poor communication and lack of care.
