As a new patient at the practice I had a good experience. I was able to make a same-day appointment and was informed on the electronic check-in how long appointments were running behind. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. The GP listened and was helpful in updating my notes.
At my previous practice there was no email address for patients to send information to but this was not a problem here so I was able to email a letter to be uploaded to my patient record. Overall, a much better experience than I had at my previous practice.
