About: Wexham Park Hospital

My learning disability son was admitted to A&E yesterday and received high quality intervention and care by reception staff, a doctor and nurse. They were keen to communicate with us at every step and were genuinely caring and supportive. When I become a billionaire I will build you a high spec modern, highly resourced hosp that you all deserve to work in as well as for patients. Thanks a million for successfully sorting out my son's health issue.

Dear Dan,

Thank you very much for taking the time to leave this feedback about your visit to ED with your son.

It is reassuring to know that all our staff delivered the high quality care experience we aim to deliver to every patient every day.

I shall forward you feedback to the teams responsible.

Kind regards,

Alex Jackson, Patient Experience Manager, Frimley Health Foundation Trust
