"Excellent Practice"

I’ve always had good experiences with Roselawn Surgery..I feel as though they actually care about their patients..I’ve always been treated very well from the lovely reception team, who always do their best to fit me in for a phone appointment or a face to face appointment..through to the lovely doctor’s and nurses..

I particularly want to mention the phlebotomist nurse..I’m quite a nervous patient and she always puts me at ease, whenever I need to have a blood test..I have a problem with my veins deciding to ‘hide’! It’s happened to me many times, at the hospital..resulting in a consultant having to be called, to try and take blood from me..

But she always manages to take my blood with no problems whatsoever..you would think that having a blood test done at the hospital, would be straightforward..but for me, I’d prefer her to do it every time! Thank you.
