About: Ninewells Hospital / Clinical Genetics

(as a service user),

We were referred for genetic testing at ninewells due to the sudden death of a child in our family. Zanna, the nurse has been absolutely brilliant in supporting our family, taking time to understand what’s happened and ensure we were seen as soon as possible. We have 2 young children which is way we have been so anxious to get the process started.

Please accept our apologies for not replying sooner. I am so sorry to hear about the sudden death of a child in your family. I am so glad to hear you were able to be seen quickly.
