About: Royal Alexandra Hospital / GP Out of Hours

(as a service user),

I just wanted to express my gratitude to Graham and his fellow colleagues at the RAH hospital where I was so, so well looked after.

I came in very ill and was extremely well looked after by Graham initially, his persona is unbelievable, I can't believe how he put my mind at ease, and went out his way to make my son, who is autistic , as comfortable as possible, I'm sure he could see how unsettled he was in this busy environment.  I honestly can not thank him and the other nurses enough for there kindness, and caring nature's.

I am now better, thank God, and would love to send in a card for the staff. I would be grateful if you could pass me on the details as to where to send this please.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your heartfelt feedback regarding your experience at the Royal Alexandra Hospital (RAH).

We are delighted to hear that Graham and his fellow colleagues were able to provide you with the exceptional care and support you needed during your time of illness. It is truly heart warming to know that Graham's compassionate persona made a significant difference in putting your mind at ease and ensuring your son's comfort in a busy environment. Can I just check if it was the GP Out of Hours Service that you attended and I can then provide the address?
