I want to acknowledge the very professional service that we experienced when my brother was admitted to ED at Edinburgh Royal Infirmary on Christmas day. Clearly the department was very busy but the ANP that cared for my brother was very thorough and calm while providing us with updates and being very supportive and empathetic. It was much appreciated. She demonstrated kindness despite the business.
