(as a service user),

I had to call for an ambulance early January. The crew who attended were Marc and Carl from Springburn station. From the moment they arrived, I was put at ease and reassured.

When we arrived at the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital in Glasgow, I was taken to cohort and was very well looked after by Paramedic Harry.

When I was coming home this morning, I saw 2 familiar faces. Graham and John from Clydebank. They had brought me home before and their humour was still there. I honestly cannot praise all of them enough.
