"First experience with new system - useless"

I started a case with Anima Health in the morning, gave a full background of symptoms & timeline, over the course of the day they asked me more questions, mostly those asked & answered in the original quiz. At the end of the day with no progress they closed the ticket (completed!) and told me to either raise another ticket tomorrow or call 111 / visit A&E. Their stats on completions must be brilliant but I found them to be useless.
