"No Blood Test Results Received"

Phlebotomy appointment made via swift queue for Thurs 12th December. Forms given to phlebotomist who confirmed my details before taking bloods. Very gentle phlebotomist. However no test results shared with my GP or on my NHS app, this is now 3 weeks since my blood test. Clueless how to take this forwards, no contact details for the department available anywhere. Have emailed NHS liaison service in hope it reaches someone who can help.
