"Unhelpful excruciating telephone booking process"

About: Cornford House Surgery

The whole appointment booking process via telephone or their online portal is excruciatingly painful. if you are lucky you will get a reply to your online request in 48 hours , or in my case 3 weeks. Very difficult to see the same doctor twice. I am not happy with my practice based on trying to make an appointment on 2nd Jan 2024 , but fell off the queing system and when i rang back , i was told no appointments available and have to make the appointment online...
