The lady on the front desk was extremely rude , abrupt & tutted at me afew times , she had No customer skills & needs further education on how to deal with clients.
I would like to Add the nurse who treated me was totally the opposite to the lady on the front desk , she was caring , considerate & had a smile on her face ❤️
