My experience was made as pleasant as possible from first entering the clinic until leaving. Reception,nurses, and surgeons were friendly, attentive and comforting. The downside to my day was waiting for patient transport for 1 and a half hours for my return journey home although the clinic cannot be blamed for this. Indeed they made the telephone call to the transport service and held on interminably until they received a response. Overall an excellent and efficient experience at a clinic I would highly recommend.
