The telephone for the Oval Practice repeatedly rings and disconnects. We became aware of this issue in March 2024, and notified the practice manager. We were advised that the surgery is aware of the issue. We are now in 2025 and the issue still persists (as of 31st Dec 2024). I do not feel that 9 months is an acceptable amount of time to resolve such an issue. Your patients deserve better. This is currently being blamed on a technical issue, but I am beginning to suspect that staff are disconnecting calls.
