"Excellent care"

I was admitted to the Golden Jubilee National Hospital recently for an orthopaedic procedure. From the very start, the care was nothing short of exceptional.

The nurse looking after me was Amy. Amy was so welcoming and professional. Amy explained what was happening every step of the way. I was very anxious , however, her calm and empathetic manner gave me the reassurance that I was in safe hands.

All staff that helped me were absolutely wonderful. I felt so confident that staff were invested in my safety and wellbeing. A special thanks to the anaesthetist and the surgeon looking after me. I'm so appreciative of the care and attention I received. 

The continuity of care was excellent and I returned to the ward for my post operative care . A welcomed sight to see Amy again. She was just fantastic.
