"The care I received was exceptional"

About: University Hospital Monklands / Day Surgery

(as a service user),

I recently had an operation at Monklands and was in the day surgery unit.

The care I received was exceptional, the staff were compassionate and also get my spirits up. I was treated so well and was put at ease.

The two nurses called Stacy and the support staff Amanda were just amazing at their jobs, they are a credit to you.
