"Lightning-fast response"

About: Heatherview Medical Centre

I had to contact Shore Medical on Christmas Eve, and was apprehensive about likely speed of response. Instead I was first in the phone queue, a doctor phoned back within 20 minutes and by mid-morning I had the prescription I needed. I know this speed is not the everyday experience for most patients, but credit where it's due.

Thank you for posting a review of the service you received when you contacted us on Christmas Eve. We are pleased to hear that you received a fast response to your call with a prescription that you needed. All of our calls are triaged by our Care Navigation Team comprising of Doctors, Advanced Nurse Practitioners and Paramedics so that patients are called or seen according to need.

Your feedback is very much appreciated and will be shared with the Care Navigation and wider team at Shore Medical.
