The recent rollout of the new Rapid Health system is a big improvement on the old 8am phone jam.
However, the only out of hours advice now is to call 111 or 999.
And when I called Reception asking for help with raising an issue that I couldn't find a pathway for, I was advised to raise it at the appt booked "with the doctor" (he's not on the list of doctors) later this week for something else - but the new system says raise one appt per issue.
