About: Children and Young People Services / HENRY Programme (Health, Exercise & Nutrition in Really Young)

(as a service user),

I completed the Henry Programme recently through sure start and thoroughly enjoyed every week! Both Noeleen and Bernie were fantastic at delivering the programme! I have implemented some changes into me and my family's lifestyle, which has been great! Highly recommend this course for all mothers!!

thank you very much for taking the time to post this lovely review about your recent experience with HENRY. I am delighted that you found it useful and are already implementing this in to your family life.

At HENRY, we aim to support parents of young children to enjoy life together as a family and provide the best possible start in life for the little ones. Sometimes small changes can be very effective. We focus on the needs of everyone in the family. It is great to hear that you would recommend the programme.

I look forward to sharing this review with Noeleen and Bernie who are very passionate about their role as HENRY facilitators. It is so encouraging to see that their hard work and passion is being recognised.
