I recently visited my local sexual health clinic and was thoroughly impressed with the level of care I received. The doctor, Kieran Fernando, was outstanding—knowledgeable, attentive, and empathetic. He took the time to listen to my concerns, provided clear explanations, and offered potential reasons for my issue along with a thoughtful route to treatment. It was reassuring to feel so understood and supported.

The support worker, Tara, who performed my blood test was equally brilliant. I usually have trouble with blood tests, as my arm can be difficult to manage, but her skill and confidence made the experience smooth and virtually painless. She was both professional and compassionate, which really helped ease my nerves.
