"I can’t express how much she put me at ease"

I have always experienced stressful times when I have to get bloods taken as my veins aren’t great but recently I experienced the quickest blood sample taken and such a kind & friendly phlebotomist.

Her name was Kaz at central health centre in Cumbernauld.

I can’t express how much she put me at ease as I am usually stressed because most people struggle to get a sample of blood from me, in the arms with no luck then in the hand.

I was meant to get blood done before but the 2 nurses were unable to get a sample so I had to come back again. It’s been really getting me down but Kaz has changed that & I am so grateful to her.
