I started with severe toothache late in the evening. By the next day, my left jaw was so swollen and numb. I took lots of painkillers then called 111 the following day. Got an urgent appointment for the next day. Lovely dentist called Lizzie, in Bayview Dental Clinic Banff gave me three options. I took the easy one, antibiotics. Pain got worse and 2 days later I phoned 111 again. Went to Argyle Dental Practice, Aberdeen. Carrie, the dentist was amazing. Gave me a root canal, three nerves removed. Carrie talked me through the whole process. I had no pain during the process. I can honestly say it was the best dental experience I have had in my whole life. Emma the dental nurse was also so helpful and kind.
I feel so grateful for the kindness I received. I felt guilty seeking treatment during the holiday season but everyone has been so wonderful to me.
