"Asthma nurse restores some faith in this practice "

I’ve had a few issues with this practice in recent months but today I had an appointment with the Asthma nurse for my review and it was the most complete and comprehensive review I’ve ever had. The nurse gave me all the time I needed and it was never rushed even though I took up a lot of her time with my many questions. She was extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure I understood and answered all my questions. I’m not sure I’m allowed to mention her name here but the partners of the practice really need to know what an asset this nurse is to their business and they would do well to ensure that they keep her. Thank you nurse I really appreciated the way you helped me today even though you were clearly running late and under some pressure, keep up the good work that you do.
