Paul explained everything really well and ordered the correct equipment which has really helped. His advice has been helpful. How to exercise and how equipment can dramatically help in a positive way. For example a narrow frame has been fantastic and helped with stability and safety.
Paul explained the exercises in a clear and practical way.
Paul has been very patient and helpful.
