"Busy Boxing Day "

Attended Urgent Care on the evening waiting room full but prepared to wait as my symtoms concerning.Seen within few hours for tests to be done but wait for results a bit longer!! was there about 12 hours but what I would say is that the nurse /health care was amazing. She never stopped checking everyone's vital signs and recording them. With a smile all the time and reassuring everyone, she never stopped amazing lady and so well done. Hope she sees this. I'm a retired nurse so I understand the pressures the NHS are going thro at the minute. Th wait did not really bother me, the Charge Nurse who took my details and the lovely lady doctor who gave me my results were professional and caring.
