"A friendly and caring approach"

I was referred to Estuary by my GP for an urgent CT scan. I had never used this Centre before. 

On arrival my wife and I found the staff to be very friendly , welcoming, and professional.

The staff at the CT scanner were most reassuring and explained all of the procedure as we went along. I have no doubt that many people are very stressed at such times and a friendly and caring approach works wonders!
