I sent an econsult submission at about 9.30am.I rec’d a phone call from the practice less than 2 hours later and given a 2.30 appointment on the same afternoon. Seen on time by the GP who dealt very professionally with the problem I had. You can not get better service than that .Very well done Lea Wharf practice in Hertford.
