Ambulance practitioners arrived less than 10 minutes after I called 911 and I was told the ambulance might arrive after 2 hours because it was Christmas day. I was so happy to see them arriving so soon because my husband needed help as a matter of emergency. I could not help noticing their team work and professionalism to resuscitate my husband which was reassuring. After both of them dropped my husband and I off at King's College Hospital emergency unit, they still took the time to check on my husband much later on that day to see how he was doing. My husband and I want to say thank you for your empathy, kindness and professionalism on Christmas day and wishing both of them a blest New Year in 2025.
I would have loved to give their names but not allowed to (I wonder why not). However, cad reference number is 1712 or 1772.
