"Empathy and kindness received on Christmas day "

Ambulance practitioners arrived less than 10 minutes after I called 911 and was told the ambulance might arrive after 2 hours because it was Christmas day. I was so happy to see them arriving so soon because my husband needed help as a matter of emergency. I could not help notice their team work and professionalism to resuscitate my husband which was reassuring. After both of them dropped my husband and I off at emergency unit, they still took the time to check on my husband later on to see how he was doing. My husband and I want to say thank you for your empathy, kindness and professionalism on Christmas day and wishing both of them a blest New Year in 2025.
