(as a service user),

My wife and I wanted to leave some feedback after our son spent some of the Christmas period at A&E paediatric zone and on Bramble Ward with fever symptoms.

We feel blessed that our son was able to have the care he received, from the amazing ambulance staff all the way through the leaving Bramble. All of the staff on bramble ward specifically were amazing - the care and attention, keeping us updated on what was happening and answering any questions we had. The experience with Father Christmas made us very emotional and the box from the Isabell trust was much appreciated.

We can’t thank you all enough, especially at this time of year, for your care and kindness.
