Attended Resilience Workshop October/November 2024. Part of Move Ahead - Community Mental Health and Wellbeing Service.

Well led by Jamie. The other group members were welcoming and accepting. The different backgrounds and experiences led to very interesting discussions around the course materials. Lots of laughter too. Learnt a lot. 6 weeks flew by.

Dear Hiking woman,

Thank you very much for providing feedback regarding your experience of the MoveAhead Resilience Workshops. My name is Pam Lamond and I am the Senior Charge Nurse for MoveAhead.

I am pleased to hear that you felt welcomed and accepted by group members and that you found the discussions interesting. It sounds like participants backgrounds and experiences contributed to helpful peer learning and support. I am delighted that there was lots of laughter as that is so important in helping everyone feel relaxed and connected. Although the sessions can trigger some difficult emotions, it is lovely to hear they were fun too.

I will pass on your kind words to Jamie regarding the sessions being well led. Jamie is an excellent facilitator, with lots of personality!

Many thanks again for taking the time to feedback your thoughts.

Pam Lamond
