"I felt at ease and in safe hands"

I was referred to the hand trauma clinic by my local hospital shortly before Christmas and was contacted that day with an appointment for the next day. I cannot praise the whole team highly enough for their professional, caring and friendly manner! From the time I arrived at reception right through to being discharged I felt at ease and in safe hands.

A special shout out to Leanne and her nursing team, they are amazing! 

Instead of spending Christmas in pain I am enjoyed the holiday with my family with the added bonus of not being able to cook or do the washing up as I recovered from my operation! 

Thank you to all the doctors, nurses, anaesthetists and receptionists for your fantastic teamwork!
