"Crisis team did not help me"

About: Bradford District Care NHS Foundation Trust / Adult mental health

(as the patient),

I am in my 50s and have a history of mental illness. I phoned response and spoke to what I thought was a mental health worker.

I told them I felt like killing myself by jumping off a bridge. They did nothing to help me, all I did when I got off the phone I self-harmed, which I haven't done for a long time.

They made me do it. I will never ever phone those people ever again
